Spring Training: Wilmington, DE

This event has been rescheduled for April 27. All other details remain the same and registration for this event is still open.

This Spring Training event is presented April 27 in partnership with Delaware Pathways, an initiative that spans secondary and postsecondary education to meet future workforce needs. NCAN and Delaware Pathways are partnering on this event because together, our organizations are uniquely positioned to provide a rich professional development opportunity to conference attendees. Attendees at this joint event will have the opportunity to learn about the success Delaware has achieved in implementing its Pathways work, as well as how NCAN members are effectively advising students on career pathways and postsecondary options.

Plenary sessions and lunch will be presented in a large group setting, while NCAN-specific break-out sessions that align with our overall Spring Training goals will be presented throughout the day. We encourage individuals from industry, government, K-12, community-based organizations, and postsecondary institutions to participate in this unique networking event.
